Overall spotless property, it had fantastic location and staff. The hotel was in a pretty comfortable area, close enough to Liverpool One, bars and city centre. Room had a brilliant bathroom that we really enjoyed.

All in all a handy hotel and brilliant stay. Well prepared room and the staff were gracious. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Delicious breakfast with various food choices. Late check-out too. I really used free Wi-Fi throughout the property a lot.
